Two men from St. Cloud will try to break their own world record at St. Cloud’s Cathedral High School on December 30th.

Last year, Ben Bzdok and his brother Matt Bzdok set the Guinness World Record of "the most consecutive extreme frisbees (Frisbees) passed through a pair of 2,944". This year, Ben has a new partner and is ready to break the record he helped create. This share:

My brother-in-law Greg Jamison and I will provide more space for our efforts in the basketball arena this year. The goal is 10,000, but we will be satisfied with anything north of 5,000. Matt Bzdok and I currently hold a record of 2,944, but Matt cannot promise again this year, so Greg is very happy to be in his position.

When Ben set this record last year, he had three goals in mind: to promote health, to promote exercise, and to attract the attention of the St. Cloud State University Ultimate Frisbee team.

This year's attempt will be conducted on a basketball court instead of a squash court, but the parameters are the same. They must stay 10 feet continuously to circumscribe the Frisbee. Ben said:

Matt and I knew that if the walls of the squash court weren't very thin, we could have set it higher. This will be a real test of endurance, and Greg is an endurance athlete!

The world record attempt will take place at the Cathedral High School Gymnasium from 12 noon to 10 pm on December 30, or until they achieve their goal of more than 5,000 people.
